Free Plan: Limited access to college prediction features. Premium Plan(s): Full access to AI predictions, advanced tools, expert insights, and priority support. ## 2. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely via trusted payment gateways. Pricing is inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. ## 3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital tools and immediate access to premium features, most of the tools in the market doesn’t provide a refund. But we at NEETUniverse, have a 24 hour Refund Policy. You can go through the same here.

## 4. Plan Validity

Each plan is valid one counselling session. Access is automatically revoked post expiration unless renewed.

## 5. Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to modify plan features, pricing, or access rules. Any changes will be reflected on the Plans page and notified to existing users.
